We are pleased to announce that Noelle Cremers of the Wine Institute will be our guest speaker on December 15. Noelle is the Wine Institute's Director of Environmental and Regulatory Affairs. Amongst the topics she will discuss are the specifics of the WHIP+ program and what documentation growers can gather now while we’re waiting for the application to be released from USDA.
