Ranch Marketing & Winery Ordinance Ad Hoc Committee Public Workshop January 17th, 2023 2:00pm - 5:00pm When? Board of Supervisors Chamber 330 Fair Ln, Placerville, CA 95667 Where? What? Supervisors Lori Parlin (District 4) & Wendy Thomas (District 3) are the Board of Supervisor representatives on the Ad Hoc Committee and will be presenting the proposed amendments to the Ranch Marketing and Winery Ordinances and explaining the process for the Ordinance updates, including how to submit public comments. The proposed amendments will touch on issues such as number and size of events, zoning requirements, and noise reduction measures. Also present at the workshop and available for questions will be the Ad Hoc Committee representatives from the Ag Commission, as well as staff from the Departments of Agriculture and Planning & Building. Who? Ranch marketers & winery owners, local business owners, neighbors, and community members are encouraged to attend. All interested parties are welcome.
