Sunridge Nurseries Welcomes Nic Podsakoff, New Northern Interior & US Southwest Regional Sales Manager
- Sunridge Nurseries Inc. is proud to announce and welcome Nicholas (Nic) Podsakoff, as the new Northern Interior & US Southwest Regional Sales Manager for the company. Nicholas will service clients in California’s northern and central interior regions as well as southwestern states including Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and Texas.
It is evident that Sunridge’s commitment to the grapevine industry is strong. They are comprised of the most experienced administration, production and sales teams along with three generations of family involvement. This is in addition to over 40 years of being leaders in the business,” says Nicholas. “I’m excited for the opportunity to work with the Sunridge Nurseries team to meet the grapevine industry’s plant material needs.”
Nicholas brings over 18 years of grapevine sales experience to the team. His experience in the agricultural business began from an early age growing up on a raisin farm in the Central Valley. Nicholas graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo where he obtained a B.S. in Agricultural Systems Management with two minors in Wine & Viticulture and Agricultural Business. He joins the team with 18 plus years in the grapevine nursery business assisting vineyard growers source the required plant material for their projects throughout Northern California, Texas, and British Columbia. Nicholas is a licensed and Certified Crop Advisor as well as a Pesticide Applicator.
Nic has served three (two year) terms on the CDFA’s Nursery Improvement Advisory Board (IAB) as board member (1st term), co-chair (2nd term) and chairman (3rd term). His technical expertise and seasoned experience in the industry will provide customers and business partners the exceptional support and quality customer service for which Sunridge Nurseries has long built its reputation.

Nicholas began his employment with Sunridge Nurseries on August 2, 2021.
